When I log on to windows it starts up normally but after 2 seconds the screen goes white. I can hit ctrl alt del and click on all the usual tasks but cannot actually open the task manager.
I restarted in safe mode but it just keeps rebooting the OS and never actually allows me to access the desktop in safe mode before it reboots.
I just want to save the documents and pics on my computer to a flash drive before doing a complete re-install of the OS.
